2. Your diet, workouts, and habits. All planned out for you.

3. Kick off call to make sure you’re set.

4. Weekly checkpoint.

5. Weekly progress report.

You get a detailed report back from me every week. What the data’s showing. What’s working. What we’re adjusting. Where your head needs to be for the next seven days. You’re never left wondering if you’re on track.
